We have been creating home textiles from natural wool for over 20 years. Starting with a small production in Kharkiv, today our products are presented in leading retail chains and marketplaces around the world. A story that builds trust

From local production to an international textile brand

1933 — The beginning of textile historyThe Textile-Fabric factory was established in Kharkiv, which laid the foundation for an enterprise that would later become a leader in the production of woolen products.

1960 — The birth of the factoryThe Kharkiv Spinning and Weaving Factory (KhPTF) was founded on the basis of Promartila, which quickly became an important player in the textile industry of the USSR.

1978 — Combining capacitiesThe factory became part of the Kharkiv woolen production association "Chervona Nytka", which gave a new impetus to development.

2002 – A new stage: privatization

The enterprise receives a new management format and embarks on a course for renewal and expansion.

2003 – Creating a brand

Registered trademark. In the same year, the company receives a certificate of compliance with the international quality standard ISO 9001:2000.

2004 – Expansion of production

The Berezan Cloth Factory joins the company, which allows us to significantly increase production capacity and assortment.

2006 – Start of large-scale modernization

A technical re-equipment program has been adopted. Italian specialists have been invited, and equipment upgrades from leading European manufacturers are beginning.

2006-2010 – Technological breakthrough

More than a dozen high-tech lines have been installed: from spinning to finishing. Production increases by 60%, and product quality reaches European levels.
